Sex Trafficking

Sex trafficking is defined as the trafficking of women and children for exploitation. 54% of all reported trafficking victims were trafficked for sexual exploitation. Women and girls make up 96% of these victims.

Labor Trafficking

Labor trafficking forces individuals to perform labor or services through violence, threats, fraud, or coercion. Commons types are domestic servants, farmworkers, and factory workers, who experience inhuman conditions for little or no pay. In the U.S., many of these victims are spanish-speaking migrant workers.
